Contact business clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve overdue accounts.
Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections.
Handle the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including payment follow-ups and account reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing and issue resolution.
Meet collection targets while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with company policies.
