Full Time Restaurant Manager
SALARY $79,000 - $89,000 + SUPERANNUATION
Restaurant Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
• Organising and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and high-quality food and beverage service.
• Planning and developing menus in consultation with kitchen staff, considering customer preferences, seasonal availability, quality standards, and cost control.
• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to support business operations.
• Recruiting, training, rostering, and supervising restaurant staff, including performance management and ongoing staff development.
• Monitoring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Managing financial and administrative operations, including cash handling, budgeting, cost control, and preparation of operational reports.
• Planning and coordinating functions, events, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and business growth.
• Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Ensuring the restaurant premises are maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition at all times.
REQUIRED SKILLS
AQF Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a closely related field;
OR
At least 2 3 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a café, restaurant, or food service establishment.
