Full Time Sales and Marketing Manager
Base Salary $120,000 per annum (fixed), plus superannuation.
Summary
2K Embroidery is a South Australian business specialising in embroidery, garment decoration, uniforms, workwear, promotional products and branding solutions. We provide customised products and services to corporate clients, educational institutions, sporting organisations and government agencies throughout Australia, and are expanding our supplier network and customer base internationally.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business development initiatives, strengthen our market presence both domestically and internationally, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This is a newly strategic, permanent role created to support our long-term expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth and market expansion, both within Australia and in international markets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, education and sporting sectors, as well as overseas trade and supplier partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders, including international trade contacts.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer demands across domestic and international markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead branding, promotional and marketing initiatives, including participation in trade exhibitions, to enhance business visibility and customer engagement.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with clients and suppliers, and oversee major accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans and performance reports.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend strategic improvements to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate customer acquisition and retention activities across markets.
• Work closely with senior management to support long-term business objectives, including international growth strategy.
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a Sales and/or Marketing Manager capacity, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of sales strategy, budget and team performance.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Experience in international market development or cross-border trade is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, planning and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Desirable
• Experience working with business-to-business (B2B) clients, including overseas trade exhibitions and international key account management.
