Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Present menus and take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Serve food and drinks
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables
• Process payments
• Provide guests with a memorable dining experience

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer service skills
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
• Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
• AQF Certificate II or III or at least one year of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification
• At least one year of relevant experience in a fine dining establishment in addition to the qualification.

Annual Remuneration: $71,550 to $75,000 plus superannuation.
