Job Description
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Manage and prioritize the CEO's emails and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items
• Follow up with department heads on tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure timely completion
• Monitor the progress of CEO-led projects and provide regular status updates
• Collect weekly updates and progress reports from all departments and prepare concise summaries for the CEO
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between departments to facilitate smooth communication and execution
• Work closely with the HR Department to follow up on recruitment, employee-related matters, documentation, and other HR deliverables as instructed by the CEO
• Track deadlines, commitments, and deliverables, ensuring accountability across teams
• Prepare presentations, reports, letters, and other executive-level documents
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Support the CEO in special assignments and strategic initiatives as required
• Perform other executive and administrative duties assigned by the CEO
