Rate: Up to 500 per day (Inside IR35)**

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced **Programme Managers** and **Senior Programme Managers** to join a number of exciting transformation and delivery programmes across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a proven track record of leading large-scale programmes, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering strategic business and technology initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

The role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel to client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes from initiation through to successful completion.
* Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
* Engage with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Define programme governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Drive delivery across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and third-party suppliers.
* Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Provide strategic planning, resource management, and financial oversight.
* Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a **Programme Manager** or **Senior Programme Manager**.
* Strong background delivering large-scale business and IT transformation programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience managing budgets, risks, governance, and programme reporting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams.
* Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.

Desirable

* Experience across Financial Services, Capital Markets, Retail, Government, Insurance, or Technology sectors.
* PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, PMP, or Agile certifications.
* Experience leading digital transformation, cloud migration, infrastructure, or enterprise application programmes.
