We are looking for a high-performing Lead Consultant tasked with driving service diversification, revenue growth, and the strategic expansion of our outsourcing portfolio.
You will be the architect behind our service delivery models, moving beyond traditional recruitment to design innovative, diversified outsourcing solutions that dominate the market. Your role is to scale our existing accounts while identifying new revenue channels, ensuring that EISS remains the definitive authority in the outsourcing space.
This is a role for a high-performing leader, ideally with a background in FMCG or Manufacturing, who has successfully managed large-scale workforces (500+ staff) and understands the nuances of blue-collar and technical talent management. You will work side-by-side with our Business Development team and lead the outsourcing team to not only acquire new clients but to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of our entire outsourcing portfolio.
