WE'RE HIRING WORKSHOP MANAGER
Timbavati Game Reserve, Limpopo
Permanent Live-in Position

Are you an experienced Workshop Manager with a passion for keeping safari vehicles and equipment operating at peak performance? An exceptional opportunity is available at a luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati Game Reserve.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the workshop, fleet, plant equipment and generators
Oversee vehicle servicing, inspections and quality control
Ensure maximum fleet availability and minimal downtime
Manage workshop administration, stock control and budgets
Supervise, train and develop workshop staff
Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance
Drive workshop efficiency and preventative maintenance programmes

Requirements:
3 5 years' management experience in a similar role
Qualified and experienced vehicle mechanic
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience managing workshop operations, fleet maintenance and administration
Valid South African driver's licence and PDP
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
