Toronto-based and remote-friendly, this is a commission-only role with no base salary and uncapped, recurring monthly pay. We are looking for setters who are comfortable and confident getting business owners on the phone. Your effort sets your income.

About Vivin: a podcast booking business. For our clients we launch and run their podcast, book their appointments, handle all of their sales and marketing, and create and redistribute all of their content across every channel. It quietly takes their entire growth workload off their plate.

The role: you find qualified business owners and book them into discovery calls. You set the meeting, our founder runs the close. No closing quota sits on your shoulders.

The pitch: our complete done-for-you service. It replaces a whole team, so owners are glad to buy, and a capable closer turns the meetings you set into paying clients.

Compensation: 5% of a client's revenue for their first three months, on every client that started with a meeting you booked. Retainers usually run $2,000 to $4,000 monthly, so each client is worth about $300 to $600 to you over the quarter, and it recurs.

You will do well if: you have B2B phone experience, are confident on calls and video, self-motivated, and genuinely like the upside of commission-only work. Solar, roofing, alarm, door-to-door, and SaaS backgrounds are a strong match.
