Remote and commission-only, this seat is for someone who genuinely enjoys booking meetings and hearing the calendar fill up. No base pay, uncapped commission, and it recurs for months per client. Vancouver hustlers, come sell.

The company: Vivin is a podcast booking business. For our clients we launch and run their podcast, book their appointments, handle all of their sales and marketing, and create and redistribute all of their content across every channel. It is a complete growth engine, done for them.

What the job is: you get qualified business owners booked into discovery calls. You open, our founder closes. Booked meetings are the whole scorecard.

What you sell: our complete done-for-you service. It replaces a whole team, so owners are keen to buy, and a skilled closer turns the meetings you book into real clients.

How pay works: 5% of a client's revenue for their first three months, on every client that came from a meeting you set. Deals typically run $2,000 to $4,000 monthly, so each client is worth roughly $300 to $600 to you across the quarter, paid as it recurs. No ceiling.

You are a fit if: you have B2B calling experience, are confident on the phone and video, self-directed, and excited rather than nervous about commission-only pay. Solar, roofing, alarm, door-to-door, and SaaS reps tend to do very well.
