Job Description
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related business course;
• At least 2 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, or related industry;
• Passionate about sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with excellent service and relationship-building abilities;
• Knowledgeable in social media management and content creation;
• Experience in graphic design and layout is an advantage;
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Assist the Sales Team in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and sales transactions;
• Support marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness;
• Create engaging social media content, advertisements, and marketing materials;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction;
• Prepare sales reports, customer records, and other administrative documents;
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders and customer requests;
• Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and existing clients to support business growth;
• Assist in organizing sales events, product presentations, and customer visits;
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and industry trends;
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to help achieve sales targets and business objectives
