Job Description
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
• At least 3 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction, or mining machinery;
• Passionate about sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with excellent service and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in social media platforms and Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Experience in banking or equipment financing is an advantage;
• Must possess a valid driver's license;
• Willing to travel for client visits and business activities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Promote and sell heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, and related products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, mining firms, and other key customers.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's customer base.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and excellent customer service.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
• Assist clients with equipment financing options and coordinate with banking and financing partners when necessary.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Travel regularly to conduct site visits, client meetings, product presentations, and business development activities.
