About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects from planning through release. You'll manage 2 3 concurrent web and mobile projects, work closely with engineers, designers, QA specialists, and stakeholders, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with outstanding quality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading cross-functional teams, solving complex delivery challenges, and building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do
Lead the complete project lifecycle from initiation through successful delivery.
Manage 2 3 concurrent software development projects.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Product stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics while keeping stakeholders informed.
Ensure clear communication between clients, leadership, and delivery teams.
Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, and PMO best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing software development or IT projects.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience using Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available for this position).

Nice to Have
PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
Experience managing distributed or fully remote teams.
SaaS or product company experience.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
