Job Description
Full-time position 37.5 hours/week
Duties include:
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
Preparing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
E-filing documents with county, state, and federal courts, administrative agencies and the Bureau of Worker’s Compensation
Reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies
Drafting correspondence
Scheduling depositions
Speaking with, meeting and emailing clients and defense counsel
