IMPORTANT: This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary. You are paid purely on commission, and it is uncapped.

Vivin is an AI-native go-to-market (GTM) agency. We help B2B founders and agencies build pipeline and brand by launching and running their own podcast, completely done-for-you. The client hosts the show and we handle everything else. It turns their dream clients into guests, which turns cold relationships into warm pipeline.

This role is 100% remote. We are actively reviewing candidates in and around New York.

THE ROLE
We are hiring commission-only appointment setters. Your job is simple: get qualified B2B founders, agency owners, and service-business owners onto a discovery call. You book the call, and our founder runs the close. You do not need to close. You need to book.

WHAT YOU WILL BE PITCHING
Our done-for-you podcast service. Founders love it because it is a premium, easy-to-say-yes-to offer that builds pipeline and personal brand at the same time. The product is genuinely good and the close is handled by someone who is good at it, so your booked calls actually convert.

COMPENSATION (commission only, uncapped)
5% of the client's revenue for the first 3 months of every client that comes from a call you booked. A typical deal is a $2,000 to $4,000 per month retainer, so each closed client pays you roughly $300 to $600 across three months. Because it is recurring, your income compounds as your booked clients stack. Uncapped, paid every month.

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU
Have B2B phone experience (cold calling, appointment setting, or sales development), are confident on the phone and on video, are self-driven and coachable, and are excited by a commission-only, high-upside model. Backgrounds in solar, roofing, alarms, door-to-door, SaaS, or any high-tempo commission sales do very well here.
