Remote role, Dallas-friendly, commission-only. There is no hourly wage. You earn uncapped commission that pays out for months on every client you help bring in. This one is for people who like a scoreboard.

The company: Vivin runs done-for-you podcasts for B2B founders and agencies. Our client hosts the show; we handle production, guests, and everything behind it. It is a pipeline engine dressed up as a podcast.

The role in one line: get qualified business owners booked onto a call. You set it, our founder closes it. No closing pressure sits on you.

Your pitch: a high-end, done-for-you podcast founders are happy to buy. Because the product is real and the closer is sharp, your booked meetings become clients.

Pay: 5% of a client's monthly revenue for their first three months, per client that started with your meeting. Deals typically run $2,000 to $4,000 monthly, so one client is worth roughly $300 to $600 to you across the quarter, and it repeats.

More than money: as a media company we invest in your personal brand, put you on camera, and coach you on modern selling, with a clear path from setter to closer.

Good fit: B2B phone experience, a confident voice on calls and video, a self-starter, and genuinely motivated by uncapped commission. Backgrounds in solar, roofing, alarms, door-to-door, or SaaS are a plus.
