Houston, this is a fully remote, straight-commission role for people who are relentless on the phone. No base pay. Uncapped commission that keeps paying for months per client you help land.

Meet Vivin: an AI-native go-to-market agency. We create and run done-for-you podcasts for B2B founders and agencies. The founder is the host and the face; our team runs the rest. Done well, it converts a founder's dream list into guests, and guests into real conversations.

The work: you reach qualified founders and business owners and book them into discovery calls. You open the relationship, our founder closes the deal. Booking is your one job.

The offer you carry: a premium, done-for-you podcast that is genuinely easy for founders to say yes to. Good product, skilled closer, so your meetings actually turn into signed clients.

Earnings (commission only, no ceiling): 5% of a client's revenue across their first three months, for every client that traces back to a meeting you set. With $2,000 to $4,000 monthly deals, each client pays you about $300 to $600 over the quarter, and because it recurs, your income compounds.

What else: we are a media company, so we help build your name, feature you on camera, and teach you the modern sales playbook, with a real ladder from setter to closer.
