Our client in the Fuel Services industry is currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Administrator, in Johannesburg South, Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls and supports visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Assisting Senior Administration/PA as and when required.
• Various ad hoc requests
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of office and office management software.
