Job Description

You’ll make a difference by:

  • We are currently looking for Order Management/ Specialist to join our India/international order management / logistics Centre in one of our Divisions (B2B model).
  • The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), some logistics activities and taking part in shaping a customer service model.
  • Processing orders in the system based on the input from customers and regional commercials.
  • SO creation and Amendments.
  • Creation of E-WAY bills.
  • Reporting activities.
  • Product wise costing -Monthly analysis of prices of components in line with BOM after confirmation PM.
  • Product Costing as per Requirement from Respective CPM (Avg 2 Per day).
  • Spares product cost.
  • Evaluation of Engineering hours charged in Mendix.
  • CAPEX & tracking.
  • OPEX Tracking.
  • Cost rollup CK11N error checking & resolving.
  • Updating A/c & Costing views.
  • Checking & Booking of GRN for Service Entry from diff stake holders.
  • FOC cost working.
  • GR Waiver review.
  • Submission of MAP & Std price of material list from IDT.
  • Audit related.
  • Submission of Shipping Bill no.  Inward Outward Cutoff Documents.
  • GL Dump & aging.
  • Dashboard.
  • Aging of Production Order review & sharing with MRP controller.
  • BOM review & Product wise Evaluation of Material Cost (CS12).
  • Preparation, submission of Duty Drawback claim for Export Product & resolvence of query.
  • Personal cost.
  • profit & loss Statement.
  • Employee list2.
  • Blue-collar Headcount hours analysis WRT system booking.
  • Slow Nonmoving Data preparation.
  • MD04 material Requirement Data preparation.
  • Data Readiness for KE5Z, 2KEE.
  • Unconsumed MSPT Report.

Your success is grounded in:

  • A university degree.
  • Around 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, customer service.
  • Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and/or educational background in logistics.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Language preferably English & Hindi.
  • Work from office – Nashik as per customer requirement.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
  • Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
