Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with restaurant and bar staff to optimize seating and guest flow.
Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
Monitor table availability and communicate effectively with service staff.
Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
