Full Time Marketing Specialist
AUD $85,000 $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation

Summary

V.H. International Holding Pty Ltd, trading as V Resource, is an Australian-owned environmental services and resource recovery company specialising in the collection, transportation, processing and recycling of Used Lead-Acid Batteries (ULAB).

The company operates within the circular economy sector, recovering valuable resources through advanced recycling processes and delivering environmentally sustainable recycling solutions throughout Australia.

Operating from Meadowbrook, Queensland, the company services automotive workshops, transport operators, industrial facilities, battery distributors, scrap metal recyclers and waste management organisations across Australia. Owing to continued business growth and market expansion, the company requires a Marketing Specialist to support strategic marketing, market development and business growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Evaluate market opportunities and customer behaviour to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
• Identify target customer segments, market opportunities and promotional channels throughout Australia.
• Promote the company's battery recycling services and environmental sustainability solutions.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage website content, digital communications and social media marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Analyse marketing performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
• Support business development initiatives through market intelligence and customer analysis.
• Establish and maintain marketing-related relationships with industry stakeholders, customers and promotional partners.
• Assist with trade exhibitions, industry events and promotional activities.
• Monitor developments within the battery recycling and environmental services sectors.
• Maintain customer and market databases to support strategic planning.

Qualification and Experience

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, market research, business development or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Australian driver licence.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in recycling, manufacturing, environmental services, logistics or industrial sectors.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
