Job Summary
The Marketing and Commercial Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, brand development, and commercial performance management. The role combines marketing leadership with commercial responsibility to strengthen market position, generate qualified sales opportunities, develop key customer relationships, and increase revenue across the packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Oversee all digital and traditional marketing activities, including website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Generate qualified sales leads and support the conversion of opportunities into long-term customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Develop and execute product and service marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and sales teams to deliver customer-focused packaging solutions.
Monitor and analyse sales, marketing, and business performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective return on investment for all marketing activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Support the development and launch of new packaging products and services.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain the company's professional image across all customer touchpoints.
Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives as part of the management team.
Requirements

Proven experience in a Marketing, Commercial, Business Development, or Sales Management role.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and business development targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand development.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and commercial performance to support decision-making.
Experience managing key customer accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
