Key Responsibilities:
Create realistic 3D renderings and lighting visualizations (day & night scenes)
Develop concepts, presentations, and animation walkthroughs
Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams
Revise and optimize designs based on project requirements
Support client presentations and project approvals
Requirements:
2 5 years of experience in 3D design / architectural visualization
Experience in lighting, façade, architecture, or construction industry preferred
Proficient in any - D5 Render, 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona
Strong portfolio of realistic renderings and visualization work
Knowledge of architectural and façade lighting is an advantage
Preferred:
Experience in LED façade lighting, wall washer, neon flex, and lighting animation
