•Responsible for all incoming inquiry
•Prepare, process and manage Quotation with accuracy and precision.
•Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
•Handle administrative tasks such as document filing and record-keeping
•Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
•Assist in resolving customer queries and issues through efficient communication.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Requirements
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Effective written and verbal communication skills
•Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
•Proficiency in office software and data management tools. (Word, Excel & AutoCAD)
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent compulsory.
