Job Description

DELIVAHERE is seeking motivated and community-oriented Growth Specialists to support the expansion of our delivery platform across key zones in Ibadan. Successful candidates will serve as the primary point of contact between DELIVAHERE and local businesses, driving vendor acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and growth within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard vendors including retail shops, market traders, restaurants, pharmacies, tailors, beauty businesses, and other SMEs onto the DELIVAHERE platform.

Assist vendors and their customers with app installation, registration, and usage.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to encourage continued platform engagement and repeat orders.

Collaborate with the DELIVAHERE operations team, delivery partners, and hub personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor vendor performance and provide ongoing support where necessary.

Submit concise daily activity and progress reports to management.

Minimum Requirements

Dugbe / Ogunpa / Oke-Ado/aleshinloye

Akala Express / Ring Road / Challenge / Toll Gate

Bodija / Sango / Mokola / Jericho

Possess a functional Android smartphone capable of running mobile applications, WhatsApp, and digital reporting tools.

Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and Yoruba.

Be comfortable engaging with business owners and working in a field-based environment.

Be available for full-time employment and attend the mandatory training programme

Demonstrate basic organizational skills, including the ability to submit daily updates and reports.

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, promotions, retail operations, or POS services.

Existing relationships with local vendors, market associations, or SME communities within the assigned zone.

OND, NCE, HND, or higher educational qualifications.
