A prestigious lodge near Pongola is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and inspire the housekeeping team while ensuring impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the property.

Requirements:
Previous Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Management experience in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Stock control and housekeeping administration experience
Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members
Passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all housekeeping operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
• Control housekeeping stock and budgets
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet luxury hospitality standards
• Implement and monitor housekeeping procedures and quality controls
