Customer Service Representative [Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience]
Overview
A growing manufacturing company in Lemont, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and meet delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Track orders and proactively update customers on status or delays
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and export paperwork
• Arrange carrier pickups and post shipments in the ERP system
• Maintain order files and contribute to KPI reporting
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
• Customer service or order processing experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; D365/Microsoft Dynamics a plus
• Calm, professional, and adaptable in a busy environment
