About the Role
A Front Line Sales (FLS) position in the Direct Channel at Aviva Life Insurance is a performance-driven sales role focused on driving insurance product sales through direct sourcing, digital leads, or company-generated leads. The role is promoted across all social media platforms and is ideal for ambitious sales professionals passionate about marketing and financial products.

Key Focus: Generating new business directly from clients and maximizing lead conversion. The job may involve traveling within the city for client meetings and typically requires a 6-day workweek. Select roles may offer rotational offs or flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Rigorously achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets for life insurance products.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Self-source leads or work with company-provided leads; execute worksite activities, local events, and digital campaigns to ensure a robust pipeline and high conversion rates.
Digital Sales & CRM: Utilize cutting-edge sales tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for lead management, customer engagement, and reporting.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients for retention and referrals; provide expert advice, manage the sales process, and ensure top-notch service for persistency.
Field & Digital Activity: Perform regular on-field customer meetings, deliver product presentations, and actively promote products across social media platforms. Hybrid and remote onboarding options may be available.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on old pipelines and warm leads.
Sales Planning & Promotion: Implement sales plans and promotional activities to drive brand visibility and generate leads both offline and online.
Process Compliance: Strictly adhere to all regulatory, sales, and documentation guidelines as per IRDAI standards.
Team Onboarding: Help onboard new team members as assigned.
Assigned Activities: Execute all assigned activities to drive product sales across the assigned market locations.

Must-Have Candidate Attributes
Strong Willingness and Intent: We value candidates who possess the genuine willingness and strong intent to work and achieve. If you are eager, motivated, and ready to grow, we will support you with all necessary skill training to help you succeed in this role. Proactive attitude and commitment are more important than prior experience alone.
Minimum Education: 12th grade (Higher Secondary) passing is mandatory for all applicants. Graduates and above are highly preferred.
Self-Sourcing: Must be excellent at self-sourcing or willing to self-source leads.
Marketing & Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience and interest in marketing and sales, especially of financial or insurance products.
Results-Driven: Comfortable working in a targets-based environment with a positive mindset and continuous drive to succeed.
Insurance Focus: Must be interested in insurance/financial product sales and driven to increase insurance premiums rigorously.
Team Player: Willingness to onboard and assist new team joinees.
Mobility: Preferably owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving license; should live within 25-30 km of the office/market area.

Education: Any graduate; applicants with financial product sales experience are highly preferred.

Preferred Profile
1 5 years of sales experience (BFSI, Insurance, Agency Sales, Direct Sales preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to network and meet targets in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment
High energy, self-driven, and proactive attitude
Good understanding of insurance products and customer needs
