About the Job
We are hiring skilled and dedicated OT Technicians for our multi-speciality hospital units. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams during surgical procedures while ensuring smooth operation theatre functioning as per hospital protocols and NABH standards.
The role includes preparation and sterilization of OT instruments and equipment, operation theatre setup, patient shifting, infection control practices, maintaining OT inventory, and ensuring availability of surgical consumables before procedures. Candidates should be capable of handling emergency surgeries, coordinating with surgical teams, and maintaining accurate OT records and documentation.
Eligibility
• Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology
• OT Technician certification preferred
• Experience in handling major and minor surgeries
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Freshers may also apply
