Key Responsibilities

Punch customer orders accurately using the billing system/POS.
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their queries.
Conduct product sampling and explain product features to customers.
Coordinate and manage incoming orders from Zomato and Swiggy platforms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in basic inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
Ensure accurate billing and maintain daily sales records.
