Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team
in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full
recruitment lifecycle, supporting hiring requirements across a diverse range of roles.
This position is ideally suited for an MBA-qualified professional with hands-on
experience in recruitment, a strong command of sourcing methodologies, and the
ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing
through to candidate onboarding
• Understand and interpret detailed job briefs in close coordination with hiring
managers
• Source high-quality candidates through platforms such as Naukri,
LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals
• Screen CVs and conduct structured initial candidate assessments to
evaluate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication and
follow-up with candidates at each stage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment
trackers
• Drive timely closure of open positions whilst maintaining quality of hire
• Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline to support ongoing and future
hiring demands
Requirements
• MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline (mandatory)
• 2 6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (prior experience in a
recruitment consultancy is preferred)
• Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other leading
job portals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong
interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight
deadlines
• Chennai-based candidates are strongly preferred; candidates willing
to relocate are also welcome to apply

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to engage
confidently at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles concurrently without
compromising quality
• Working knowledge of recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and talent
analytics

integrity
