Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and approach prospective corporate clients and business partners.
Manage lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline activities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Promote domestic and international MICE solutions to corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized travel and event proposals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10 15 years of experience in outbound sales within MICE, corporate travel, or events.
Strong understanding of domestic and international MICE operations.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Proven experience in business development and lead conversion.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
Existing network of corporate clients and industry contacts.
