Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business opportunities within the MICE and corporate travel segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
Collaborate with operations and event teams to ensure successful project execution.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10 15 years of experience in MICE sales or corporate travel sales.
Strong corporate client management experience.
Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Established network within the MICE and corporate events industry.
