Roles and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scriptwriting
Assist in writing compelling scripts for Instagram and LinkedIn across PFC's key content formats: carousels, reels, founder videos, and documentary-style profiles.
Write detailed shoot briefs for video content, including clear B-roll direction and voiceover (VO) scripts.
Content Management & Scheduling
Assist with the development and maintenance of monthly content calendars.
Support the team with platform scheduling and cross-channel coordination to ensure timely publishing.
Design & Documentation Support
Format and edit presentation decks, impact reports, and internal documents to align with brand guidelines.
Help improve internal documentation, creative filing processes, and digital asset organization.
Provide general administrative and creative support to the marketing team as required.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
Skills
Strong creative writing skills with a basic understanding of social media storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms (specifically Instagram and LinkedIn) and their content formats.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic presentation tools (MS PowerPoint, Canva).
Strong attention to detail, visual layout, and accuracy.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic analytical skills to track content engagement performance.
