The company develops and supplies Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 RF front-end modules and provides system integration, ODM-based engineering solutions and customised technology products for clients across telecommunications, wireless networking, intelligent manufacturing and related industries. The business operates from Adelaide and Sydney and works with global technology partners to deliver RF, AI and electronic engineering solutions.

Position Overview
The company is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support the analysis, planning, development and implementation of ICT systems, software integration projects and intelligent technology solutions supporting the company’s RF, wireless communication and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Investigate, analyse and document business processes, operational requirements and client needs relating to RF engineering, wireless communication and technology solution projects.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, developers and technical partners to gather, evaluate and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse existing systems, workflows and software platforms and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and user stories for software development and system integration projects.
• Coordinate ICT solution design and implementation activities relating to RF products, communication systems, testing platforms and intelligent technology applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, gap analyses and business process reviews to identify opportunities for system enhancement and digital transformation.
• Support the integration of hardware, software and communication technologies within customer and internal business environments.
• Work closely with software developers, testing teams and engineering personnel to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue analysis and implementation support activities.
• Analyse operational data and business performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, project updates and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with project planning, resource coordination and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification and Work Experience Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology or a related field, and at least three years of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a not closely related field, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Key Skills for DC RF Instruments
• Technical Elicitation: Gathering complex requirements for RF, Wi-Fi, and electronic engineering systems.
• Process Optimization: Modelling "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows for system integration and ODM engineering.
• Functional Specifications: Translating hardware and wireless communication needs into clear software requirements.
• SDLC & Agile: Driving end-to-end software development lifecycles for intelligent communication technologies.
• Data & Analytics: Using SQL and BI tools to analyze operational and testing data.
• UAT & Testing: Defining test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing for integrated solutions.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Bridging communication between hardware RF engineers, software developers, and clients.
• Change Management: Documenting system workflows and training internal teams on new ICT infrastructure.
