Position Title: Full-time Disability Support Carer

Annual Salary: A$ 79,499 + Superannuation

Duties:
• Supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily routines
• Preparing and serving meals for clients
• Assisting clients with movement and mobility needs
• Organizing and encouraging participation in social activities
• Carrying out household duties, including cleaning and vacuuming
• Providing assistance with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
• Assisting with shopping and completing everyday errands
• Offering companionship, emotional support, and building positive relationships

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in disability support or care services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient approach with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm in challenging situations
