The Kimberley Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged or Disabled Carer to join our team in the East Kimberley region on a full-time basis.

Position: Aged or Disabled Carer (ANZSCO 423111).
Type: Full-time.
Location: East Kimberley region. Broome
Salary: Minimum of $77,350 per year plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide essential daily care and support to elderly individuals or people with disabilities in a residential or community setting.
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and the implementation of individual care plans.
Monitor and report on the health and well-being of clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients.

Requirements
Relevant qualifications and experience as per the Kimberley DAMA standards.
Commitment to providing high-quality care in a regional environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
