About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support customers through phone calls and email for a leading social media project. You will assist users with inquiries, online orders, payments, and account-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Requirements
* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
