### Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Speaker Social Media Project)
**Location:** Bayan Lepas / Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia
About the Role
We are looking for a **Customer Success Specialist (CSS)** to support users of a leading social media and online shopping platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, orders, payments, and account-related concerns through phone and email while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Salary & Schedule
**Salary:** Up to MYR 4,500 per month (including language allowance)
**Schedule:** Rotational 24/7 shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Assist customers with online orders and shopping-related issues.
* Process payments and handle sensitive customer information securely.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary.
* Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
* Meet performance and quality targets set by the company.
* Stay updated through ongoing training and development.
Requirements
* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
* Fluent in **Mandarin (C1)** and English (minimum B2 level).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer support, e-commerce, retail, or call center environments.
* Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
