### Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin Speaker Social Media Project)
**Location:** Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
About the Role
We are seeking a **Customer Success Specialist (CSS)** to provide customer support for a leading social media and digital services platform. You will assist customers through phone and email, resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Salary & Schedule
**Salary:** Up to MYR 4,500 per month (including language allowance)
**Schedule:** Rotational 24/7 shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email channels.
* Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
* Educate customers on self-service tools and digital service options.
* Conduct callback verifications and request supporting documents when necessary.
* Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification tasks as required.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Meet performance and quality standards set by the company.
Requirements
* SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification.
* Fluent in **Mandarin (C1)** and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or contact centers.
* Experience handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with KYC processes or financial services is an advantage.
