### Customer Success Specialist (Native Taiwanese Speaker Tobacco Support Project)
**Location:** Penang, Malaysia (Bayan Lepas / Georgetown)
About the Role
We are seeking a **Customer Success Specialist (CSS)** to provide support for a leading tobacco product brand. You will assist customers through phone and email channels, handle inquiries, provide product-related support, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Salary & Schedule
**Salary:** MYR 8,500 MYR 8,900 per month (including language allowance)
**Schedule:**
* Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 10:00 PM
* Saturday Sunday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
* Rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
**Work Arrangement:** Work From Home for approximately 1 month while visa processing is underway.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Provide product information and support to customers.
* Assist customers with orders and account-related concerns.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
* Escalate complex issues when necessary.
* Meet service quality and performance targets.
* Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
* **Native Taiwanese speaker (Taiwan passport holder preferred for visa processing).**
* Bachelor's Degree required for Employment Pass (EP) application.
* Good English communication skills.
* Basic customer service knowledge or experience.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
