Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern to support recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and talent engagement initiatives across Workbrook’s platform and consulting activities.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment technology, talent acquisition, and HR operations within a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Support candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
Assist with job posts, employer branding, and recruitment-related content.
Support talent engagement and user acquisition initiatives.
Conduct research on hiring trends, talent markets, and competitor activity.
Assist with reporting and recruitment process tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interest in recruitment, HR technology, startups, or talent acquisition.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or sourcing platforms.
Basic Canva or content creation skills.
Exposure to recruitment coordination, research, or social media management is an advantage.
