A luxury lifestyle hospitality property in the heart of Zululand is seeking an experienced, service-driven Front Office & Spa Manager to join our team.
This exciting leadership role combines front office operations and spa management, requiring a dynamic professional passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee reception, reservations, guest arrivals and departures
Ensure exceptional guest service standards throughout the property
Manage room allocations, guest enquiries, and complaint resolution
Lead and develop the Front Office team
Oversee daily spa operations, bookings, therapist scheduling, and treatment delivery
Maintain luxury standards across all spa facilities
Drive spa revenue through promotions, packages, and upselling initiatives
Manage departmental reporting, budgets, and operational performance
Foster collaboration between departments to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Wellness Management, or related field
• 3 5 years' experience in a similar management role within luxury hospitality
• Proven Front Office management experience
• Spa management experience advantageous
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
• Proficiency in hospitality systems and reservation platforms
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
