WE’RE HIRING RESTAURANT MANAGER
Luxury Lodge Near Hoedspruit, Limpopo
A prestigious lodge near Hoedspruit is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Hospitality qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ management experience
• Extensive wine, beverage, and food knowledge
• Proven experience managing a dining venue serving up to 150 guests
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing a team of approximately 35 waiters
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong guest service focus and training ability
• Willingness to work flexible and late shifts
