WE’RE HIRING DUTY MANAGER / F&B MANAGER

Location: Garden Route, Western Cape
Live-in Position Single Status Accommodation Provided

A luxury lodge on the iconic Garden Route Coast, just 3.5 hours from Cape Town, is looking for a highly energetic and hands-on Duty Manager / F&B Manager to lead front-of-house operations, guest experiences, and restaurant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee breakfast, lunch & dinner service and ensure exceptional guest experiences
Manage daily duty management operations including guest interactions, check-ins/check-outs & requests
Handle food & beverage stock control, ordering, stock takes & inventory management
Lead, train and mentor waiters, bar staff and service teams
Manage POS cash-ups, billing accuracy and reporting administration

Requirements:
2 3 years’ experience in F&B Supervisory, Restaurant Management or Duty Management roles
Experience within 4 / 5 hotels, lodges, resorts or boutique hospitality environments
Strong stock control and hosting ability
Knowledge of South African wines and pairings advantageous
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Professional presentation and hands-on leadership style
Valid South African Driver’s License essential
Hospitality / F&B qualification advantageous
