WE’RE HIRING SENIOR RESERVATIONIST

Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
Remote option available for suitably qualified candidates based in Cape Town or Gauteng

We are looking for an experienced Senior Reservationist to manage the full reservations journey and deliver outstanding guest service from first enquiry through to arrival.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest enquiries and reservations efficiently
Handle bookings and reservation administration
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey
Assist with receptionist and guest communication duties
Ensure seamless guest experiences and operational support

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in tourism reservations or a similar role
Hospitality / tourism industry experience preferred
Strong reservations, customer service, and communication skills
Experience with reservation systems, OTA platforms & related software
Advanced computer literacy and Excel proficiency
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to perform well under pressure
Knowledge of the Greater Kruger region and surrounds advantageous
