Pro Talent, a credible provider of professional people development solutions registered in South Africa, is seeking motivated and ethical Independent Corporate Sales Agents to promote and sell our online leadership development program. About the Program
Pro Talent designed the License to Lead program specifically for leaders at the operational level in any industry. The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) granted full program accreditation, ensuring its quality and global recognition. The program aims to introduce essential leadership dimensions and offer practical development activities to prepare and equip leaders with guidelines for today's dynamic corporate environment.

Your Role
As an Independent Corporate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with corporate decision-makers, including HR Managers and Training and Development Managers. Your primary objective will be to:
• Utilize your existing networks and proactively make new contacts within corporate organizations.
• Introduce the online License to Lead program and generate strong interest among decision-makers to nominate subscribers from their organizations
• Facilitate introductions between interested corporate decision-makers and Pro Talent, who will then present detailed program information and subscription options.

Partnership and Remuneration
This is a contract-based sales agent role, not an employment position. You will operate as an independent contractor, selling subscriptions to the program on behalf of Pro Talent. Key aspects of this partnership include:
• Unlimited Earning Potential: There is no limitation on the number of subscribers you can secure or your potential earnings.
• Generous Once-Off Commission: You will earn a substantial percentage of the subscription fee for each individual subscriber introduced. Pro Talent will pay all commission promptly upon receipt of subscription fees from the client organization where after Pro Talent will manage the client relationship and the agent will have no further responsibilities, other than introducing more subscribers.
