WE'RE HIRING MARKETING PLAN COORDINATOR

Are you a creative and organised marketing professional with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a Marketing Plan Coordinator to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Support multi-channel campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams
• Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and media partners
• Monitor campaign performance and compile marketing reports
• Coordinate digital marketing, social media, and website updates
• Support PR activities, events, and guest experience activations
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards

Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years' experience in a marketing role within the hotel or hospitality industry with experience on MS Office and Opera
Proven track record of coordinating and executing marketing plans
Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
