Sushico Japanese Restaurant is located at 222-8249 Eagle Landing Parkway, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0P9. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Food Services Manager. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.

Position: Food Services Manager
Wage: CAD$36.60/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations;
• Plan and control budget and inventory;
• Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures;
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
• Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary;
• Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews;
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed;
• Manage catering and advertisements.

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school; and
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
