JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls
• Provide accurate, professional, and friendly customer support
• Follow account guidelines and call flows (training provided)
• Meet quality, attendance, and productivity standards



QUALIFICATIONS

Senior High School Graduate
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) accepted
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
No call center experience required
Applicants with customer-facing experience are also welcome
• Retail (SM, Robinsons, Gaisano, Watsons)
• Food service (Jollibee, McDonald’s, Starbucks)
• Hotels, sales, service crew roles
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
